Here are somes quote from students who attended one of our transitional events:

'I found the event a very useful overview of what services the university has on offer to support you. It was also reassuring to meet both staff and fellow pupils.'

"It was very useful. It was the first time I'd met any other freshers and it provided an opportunity to do this in a really relaxed environment. There was also lots of tea, which helped. Considering many of my insecurities about starting were based around my learning difficulty (and the implications this might have), it was great to hear from other students in the exact same position, and definitely made me less apprehensive about starting. All in all, a fun yet informative event."
