Disability Resource Centre

 

The University offers disability equality training on a variety topics, available free to all University and college staff and students. There are 3 types of training available:

Programme of courses

The DRC facilitates courses through the Personal and Professional Development (PPD).

Bespoke Training

The DRC can offer bespoke training for your University of Cambridge department or faculty. Call or email Kirsty Wayland the Disability Consultant to discuss your requirements on (7)66903 or kirsty.wayland@admin.cam.ac.uk

Assistive software training

  • Provided by the Assistive Technology (AT) team which is based within the University Computing Service (UCS).
  • Software includes: Dragon Naturally Speaking, Inspiration, JAWS, SuperNova, TextHelp Read&Write and ZoomText.
