The ADRC works in partnership with Randstad HR Solutions to provide an electronic timesheet service to all students in receipt of NMH support coordinated via the ADRC All hours of support received must be approved via Randstad's electronic Opus system.

After your NMH session has taken place you will receive an email following from  You will need to click on the link in the email and a list of sessions with your NMH(s) that require approval will be displayed; you should tick the ‘Accept’ box for all the sessions you wish to approve and then press the ‘Submit’ button. Timesheets will then be submitted for payment.

We ask that students approve their NMHs’ timesheets by the 9pm on the Wednesday after the session took place.

We recommend that all students to read the guide below as this provides full details of how to approve timesheets via the Randstad electronic Opus system.

There are also online video tutorials that provide step-by-step guidance on how to use the Opus system, which we recommend for students.

In order for the OPUS system to work effectively, we need to disclose basic details about you and your approved support to Randstad HR Solutions. This will include your name, type of NMA support approved, approved hours, and funding body details. No disability specific information is included in this data.
