Our Assistant Disability Advisers (ADAs) offer short appointments to answer your disability-related queries.
These short appointments:
- last no longer than 15 minutes
- are not a replacement for an appointment with your Disability Adviser
Come to a drop-in session
In term time, come to the Accessibility and Disability Resource Centre on the ground floor of the Student Services Centre and a member of our team will meet you. We’re available:
- Tuesday 11 am to 12 pm
- Thursday 2 pm to 3 pm
Book an appointment
If you’re not available during the drop-in session time or you’d prefer to have an online appointment, you can:
- make an appointment on the Moodle appointments course
- email us at drc.ada@admin.cam.ac.uk to arrange a time that is suitable. Tell us about your availability for the next week, including the days and times when you’re free.
What we can help you with
We can cover queries about:
- small adjustments to your Student Support Document
- human support, also known as non-medical help
- academic-related funding, for example Disabled Student’s Allowance, Reasonable Adjustments Fund, International Disabled Students' Fund
- your existing Examination Access Arrangements
- what medical or diagnostic evidence you need to provide
- other University support services that might be useful
If your enquiry is more complex, we’ll pass it to a Disability Adviser. If needed, we can help you make an appointment with them.
