Who can support you

Our Accessibility and Disability Resource Centre (ADRC) advisers and staff provide advice and support for disabled students. We also provide advice for staff who teach students.

Each adviser supports specific institutions, academic departments or faculties at Cambridge. We are organised into 3 different teams:

Our Neurodiversity team supports students who have:

  • Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder – ADHD
  • Autism
  • Specific learning difficulties (such as dyslexia and dyspraxia)

Our Disability team supports students who have:

  • Hearing loss or those who are d/Deaf
  • Mental health conditions
  • Mobility and physical impairments
  • Sight loss or those who are blind
  • Unseen disabilities and long-term health conditions

Our Operations team provides support with:

  • student support (including non-medical help)
  • funding processes
  • systems, records and daily operations
